Hey!
Hey!
I'm Tristan
My name is Tristan Spratt and I'm fascinated by the consciousness and its future on earth. How does the an ordinary-looking organ in our heads paint such beautifully complex pictures of the world? Why haven't we found anything else in the universe with our level of consciousness? How can we build more sustainable physical and social structures to safeguard the future of all life on earth? Will my landlord notice the dent I made in the living room wall? What are the coolest sounds to make? All these questions live in my brain rent free, and I am determined to answer them.
I graduated from Tufts University in 2021 with a B.S in Cognitive Brain Sciences and a B.A. in Music, Sound and Culture, and I just completed a Master's in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Neuroengineering at Columbia University. I have worked in research labs at Harvard and Columbia, where I honed my skills in computational neuroscience and machine learning, exploring the intersection of biological and artificial intelligence.
I am now seeking full-time positions in the fields of AI and climate to apply what I've learned in the classrooms to our generation's biggest challenge.
Oh and I have other normal hobbies too like music, sports, and eating food.
